Prior to scheduling an online appointment for a private pay session we request that you process your electronic payment in advance. Payments can be processed through:

Cancellation Policy:

There is a $125 cancellation non-refundable fee for cancellations without 48 hours notice.

Copayments

Copayments are due before the start of your scheduled appointments. It’s the patients responsibility to process their copayments. To avoid late fees ($25.00) please process your electronic copayments online via:
